Pi and Power are leveraging next-generation metamaterial spectrum sensing and advanced machine learning algorithms, in addition to traditional sensing techniques. They are developing a computational molecular radar system small enough to fit in a handheld device, enabling mobile, rapid, and low-cost molecular sample testing that is decentralized and distributed. This will lead to fewer undiagnosed diseases, earlier interventions, and improved quality of life for billions of people.
